Beef soup with rice noodles....
Phong Vinh is quite new in Northbridge and if you love Vietnamese soups, you should definitely give them a try.
The place is clean and comfy. The music’s a little unfortunate, but the food definitely makes up for this shortcoming. However, if you’re allergic to Kenny G, I suggest you bring an iPod or earplugs… is Kenny G as damaging to your health as MSG?

My personal fav at the moment is Tra Vinh, so I’ll see if this one exceeds the standard…
